Thomas Cloutier brings over fifteen years in the healthcare and senior living industry to his role at Areté Living. With a proven track record that includes key leadership roles at Avamere—Areté Living—he has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Executive Director, and Director of Sales and Outreach. Additionally, Thomas was Vice President of Operations at Cascadia Senior Living, further solidifying his expertise in senior living management.

In his current role, Thomas oversees the development and execution of Areté Living’s brand strategies, marketing initiatives, public relations efforts, and sales training systems. His strategic vision and leadership have been pivotal in enhancing the company’s presence and growth in the senior living sector.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Thomas is a passionate advocate for healthcare, serving as a board member for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), the American Heart Association, OneDay and Areté Living's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board. His commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond his work, reflecting his dedication to community and industry advancement.

Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree from Willamette University and a master’s from Canisius College. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and cherishing quality time with his wife, Jessica, and their two daughters, Camille and Vivienne.
